Have you ever watched kids On a merry-go-round? Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight? Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?

You better slow down. Don't dance so fast. Time is short. The music won't last.

Do you run through each day On the fly? When you ask How are you? Do you hear the reply?

When the day is done Do you lie in your bed With the next hundred chores Running through your head?

The Healers Prayer

Holy and gracious spirit God, as we offer our selves in service to you this day, we ask for your guidance and protection, we ask that each of us is given a measure of your love, your light and your healing energies and that we have the good grace to share these gifts wherever we go and with whom ever we meet.

We pray Lord for the strength to take responsibility for our own actions and put an end to the suffering and fighting, to stop the wars and bring peace and harmony to our World.

We also pray for those who are suffering, either in mind body or soul, we ask that they may receive your healing energies and find peace and comfort in their hearts.

As we leave ourselves in your loving care. We ask for your guidance and protection and for the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit to be with us now and for always.

Amen.

My Prayer 

Dear God please send down your loving healing energies to all those who are sick in body and mind, surround the World with love and help all the leaders of the World unite in that love towards a common end - Peace. May that love extend to the old and infirm, helping them in this modern age come to terms with life. Help also the young so they may give of their love to each other and also this earth that we live upon. Protect each and everyone of us as we go along our chosen paths, that we learn and grow from the many obstacles put in our way, to be more loving and tolerant towards one another and all the creatures upon the earth. All loving God this we pray for now and always.

The law of the jungle where only the strong will survive Is the picture of this planet that we must put aside The weak have their purpose as they too are strong We are all humans together, and all humans belong

No being on this planet has the right to condemn another We must all live together and begin to help each other The resources that are given with this planet must be shared Not harnessed by the few for profit and gain without care

The less fortunate nations on this planet of ours Should to be nurtured by the more industrialised, civilised powers Not exploited, walked on, conquered or broken Or given mere handouts in gesture and token

Humans on this planet must come to understand That life is more precious than oil under sand More precious than gold, all jewellery and gems Life is the beginning, be all and end

The life that we have, the life that we are Will carry us on our journey, will carry us far When lessons are learnt, when experience is done We all return to the source, we all return to the one

The future we have is in our own hands To change it today we must all take a stand The first step to take is to bring value to life Say no to all war, say no to all strife

On this planet we stand united as one A race of mixed humans living under the sun Our hearts have been opened to the universe around We can feel love inside…. so let true peace abound

Relationships must be made strong, if not, they may not last too long. Tell the truth but listen, too, when others tell the truth to you. The gift truth brings 2 those who care; the special trust that soul mates share.

If one you love tells you a lie, give one more chance, then say  "Goodbye"

Habits born of hurts long past can grow like weeds that choke the grass. lessons that you still must learn into a different form
will turn.

What we learned when we were young can help or hurt in the long run. Loves gentle power you'll attract with graceful manners, charm and tact You'll find true
love by working less and smiling more to look your best.

Enjoy yourself and celebrate, the one your with may be your mate. You'll show true genius if you dare rebel against rules doctrinaire. Experiment and bend those rules, Forget the old ways learned in school.

Now try an unconventional way and do not fear what OTHERS say.

Healing Hands

These hands that you see every day of your life are the tools that you take through tears, love and strife without them how would you show that you care, how could you brush a tear away.. there! How would you stroke your lovers brow, you could not hold hands you would not know how. They show all the love that you hold in your heart and wave a small handkerchief when you have to part. They show all the joy in the world that we know, they hug close a child when they have to go, they hold tight a baby you love most in the world they hold a young child with fingers tight curled. Never let them deny that you want someone near, let them hold everything close that is dear. Fingers touch lightly to say your in love, held gently together to thank the lord above. Give them there freedom see what they do, they will know how at times long before you they are an extension of all that's love in your heart, give them there space let them play there own part. Look at the hands of a very young child no lines of experience, nothing defiled when you are older and your living does show, you can see how you've lived now its your time to go. Guiding you guarding you giving you strength, Almost watching, almost touching I'm there, your life's length. In tune with your mind, your future your past you have earned this friendship first and last. My body destroyed My soul just awakening your humanity there by my side for the taking. You held me with heartbeats your soul with mine, goodbye to life~ now ours are entwined. sometimes we find the soul mates we lack, almost too late but always intact.
When I needed you most to show me the way in the dark, you where there like a beacon to help me depart. It had to be you no one else would have done. so I'm here now forever for you and my son.

Homeless Prayer

I was walking home from work in the snow and thought how lovely it was but then I thought how glad I was that I was on my way home. That made me think of the homeless, out side in this weather and probably cursing it. As I walked I said a little prayer for them and repeated it all the way home:

Sitting on a Rock

 You’ll know where to find me.
 You’ll know where I’ll be,
 Sitting on a rock down by the sea,
That’s where I’ll be.

 And the only crying I want to hear,
Is that of a seagull as he goes in
search of his tea.

Tears for me there is now  no need ,
For you’ll know where I’ll be ,
Sitting under a tree by the side of a wood.

Or sitting on the bank of a flowing stream,
You know all the places where I will be.

 Even by your side at times of need.

 So wipe away those tears and let those
dark thoughts disappear
You know it was meant to be .

 For both of us life goes on.
Even if now we are apart .

 It wont be for ever for life is eternal .

LIFE

Life is the being as yourselves walking along a pathway that starts and ends in birth. Life is enjoying and learning of lessons which have been set out prior to your birth. Life is what you make it, whether you learn your lessons before you return to us (Spirit) is of no consequence as you will eventually learn them in another life. Lessons to learn in this life: Love and cherish each moment. help others to come to terms with spirit. Be compassionate and understanding. Look beyond your feelings, reach out to others, understand how they
are feeling.
